Resolve QDS-11196 Cache user projects

This MR brings the following features;

• Caching user projects until they're updated on the server side
• Introduce a service connector module to ease up the web service connection
• Introduce a new message handler for standard qDebug() calls and replace old printXXX functions
• Fixing all available QML warnings
• Updating the app icon
• Updating the app version to 13
