Introduce some more private classes for the coreplugin,
use header include convention
<QtModule/QClass>, de-qobjectify VariableManager.

Use a popup menu when adding new targets in projects mode.

I added a second drop shadow to make the panel a bit nicer.
This also makes it clearer what the scrollbar does.
