When running with -client, pidPeer file is created too early,
and it is not locked, therefore never deleted.

initialize() is called for non-client executions (including the case
of qtcreator -client when no instance is running or qtcreator -client
-pid when the pid is invalid).

Qt*Single*Application is not designed to support multiple instances.

A shared memory is used to list all pids of running instances.

When an instance gracefully quits, it removes its own entry
and every other entry which is not currently running
(i.e. crashed instances).

Running qtcreator -client opens the first running instance in this list.

Running qtcreator -client -pid works as before.

Add a new option to main.cpp which allows the user to specify a specific pid to
use to open a new file and forwards all the arguments to that pid.  Required some
changes to QtSingleApplication, but I did not alter any existing API.  Just added
some new methods for querying an instance of a specific pid.

Together with some changes to the terminal plugin this will allow the user to open
any file with Qt Creator from within the terminal plugin by simply invoking the
qtcreator binary.  All that is necessary is the addition of an alias like so:

if [ -n "$QTCREATOR_PID" ] ; then alias qtcreator="/path/to/qtcreator/binary/qtcreator -pid $QTCREATOR_PID" ; fi

This is entirely analagous to what kate allows where you can open any file with
kate from within the embedded terminal.

That is tell the user that those files need not be added to any project,
and show "<Implicitly Add>" for them on the last wizard page.
This fixes Add/New for the QML/OTHER_FILES folder structure, except for
the virtual folder itself.
