Associate the port with the device instead of passing it to open
for better handling.

This reverts commit a05ba6fd.

Fixed the actions but broke handling of Esc-key and navigating to line numbers in locator bar.

Only revert stuff that is linked to fast string concat.

Move dependencies up.

To be able to share TrkDevices between Debugger and Qt4ProjectManager.

The compiler used in Pulse does not support return-type and
init-self compiler flags.
