- last session / current session semantics is back
- Manage Sessions... button is back

This commit changes the behaviour of currentSession()
to return the session name and not the full path.
SessionNodeImpl as the other user has been adjusted
accordingly.

Fix a regression introduced by ad53fa42
in which follow symbol takes you to the function declaration (instead
of to the type) for situations like the one below (the | indicates the
cursor):

pimpls with the same naming conventions that are not QObjectData derived.
