Move out of namespace

To improve CDB debugger tooltips which go via the function name.

Conflicts:
	src/plugins/debugger/gdb/gdbengine.cpp

Split for testing/scripting purposes.

This background color is also used for right margin background and
folded code popup. Not setting any resulted in weird affects in those
places.

Also removed the (conditional) invoke_token from DeclarationAST and use
the qt_invokable_token to store the Q_INVOKABLE, and fixed the ASTMatch
code generation.
