Note: Disable shadows for Pixel C in mainPresentation.uip, they seem
to cause instability.

Sub-presentation QML stream was missing, added it back.

presentationReady signal was reintroduced to Qt3DStudio, so the timer
for splashscreen is no longer necessary.

Changing temperature to over 21 will switch the red light in the KNX
board. The initial state of the red light son the board needs to be set
according to default room temperatures.

The room lights are changed with the switch from the ui as well as with
the switch from the KNX board.

Added LightSwitch element that can be used instead of LightSlider with
KNX board.

code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtknx.git/tree/examples/knx/demo
There's a config variable, KNX_BOARD, added that can be used to define
if KNX backend should be used. The backend is not yet connected in to
the demo, only the files are copied at this point.

Added Home Automation demo for Qt 3D Studio 1.0.0
