Also fix a bug in arch_lmb_reserve() ARM procedure, which reveals
itself (as 'device tree allocation error') when we have stack not
in external RAM, and try booting with FDT.

It happens that we do not have to set HSEBYP bit.

Instead of the STM32F7-SOM board, the STM32F7-DISCO board uses external
clock source.

The following pins are used for console on STM32F7-DISCO:
  TX = PC6 = Arduino D1
  RX = PC7 = Arduino D0

Otherwise, our serial_getc() is getting stuck if we start long
enough (e.g. with SPLASH), and with some key pressed, so that rx
OVF happens.
