Fix Toggle Right Sidebar shortcut on Windows



Ctrl+0 is used for the left sidebar on Mac,
so it should be save to use it for the right
sidebar on Linux/Windows.
The original shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+0) is used by Windows 10
and therefore does not work.
