The default kit is addressed by its id, not its number for a long
time now. Update sdktool accordingly.

Keep QNX.

A short informal search did not turn up any more blackberry users,
even though there is interest in QNX. So this patch removes the
platform: We had no contact with the maintainers in months, there
are no changes going into the code for about as long.

I am not even aware of anybody testing the platform, so any
remaining users are probably better of with Qt Creator 3.2 or so
where the code was extensively tested.

This avoids unnecessary detaches of the Qt container data.
The mismatches where detected by defining QT_STRICT_ITERATORS;
however, this define violates the ODR (causing linker errors),
and therefore is not added permanently.

* Move cplusplus-frontend to src/tools
* Make them depend on libs/cplusplus instead of building that lib again

Looks like firstObject is not exported in SDKs ealier than 10.9,
even though the documentation claims differently. Latest Xcode
on OS X 10.7 doesn't provide the 10.9 SDK, so avoid using
firstObject and lastObject

get simulator type and SDK version dynamically from the available ones,
and let the user choose which one to use.
This fixes the static solution that did break with Xcode 6

This script creates several application icon files by using
Inkscape to rasterize .svg items to .png, adding shadows via
imagemagick, creating .ico files via imagemagick and .icns
files via iconutil (OSX only).

Also, this change tweaks applicationicons.svg so that the
shadows won't be cut off.

ICC does not understand the -sectcreate option. Since this is really
just a linker option, use -Wl to pass it to the linker. This works with
Clang too.
