Replace PREFERED_PROJECT_NODE with PREFERRED_PROJECT_NODE.

This changes public API. The constant text does not seem to be stored
on disk anywhere, though ...

The resource nodes do have a special path, the code assumed that
folder's path were always directories. This is no longer true.

Both pathFor() and directoryFor() suffer from path() being special for
VirtualFolderNodes and ResourceNodes. That specialness is probably not
a good idea, cleaning that up is a longer term task.

Do not crash when the user deletes the RC that was active when
clicking the run button before Creator gets to start it.

This can when somebody starts to clean up his configuration while
being bored waiting for the build/deployment to finish.

This is the critical part of QTCREATORBUG-11594. A smaller issue
in that bug is that the custom RC should not get removed in the
first place.

Rename class type of CustomQmakeProjectWizard from "qt4project" to
"qmakeproject" and document that change in the manual and changes-3.1.0.

Also update all the in-tree xml files to that new class name.

Example use case: User is developing for embedded Linux system without
an SFTP server. Now deployment can be done via a custom process step
using scp without the need to duplicate all the connection data.

Introduce methods to save a document/list of documents/all documents,
both silently and with a dialog to the DocumentManager.

All of these return a bool that signifies whether the save was
successful or not.

Detailed information on which files failed to load or whether the
save was canceled by the user are still available as optional
in/out parameters.

Generalize the target setup page and move it into projectexplorer

Move the qmake specific code into a projectimporter class with
a specialization for qmake projects in the qt4projectmanager.

This change depends heavily on the BuildConfigurationFactory cleanups
done earlier and completes that change in such a way that generic
build configuration factories are now in theory possible. The
remaining problem is how to select the best factory of several that
claim to be able to handle a kit and that is left for the next patch.

The project files enable the welcome screen for Qt >= 5.1, whereas the
source code assumes 5.0 is enough. As a result, the build fails for all
Qt versions 5.0.x.
