It's now possible to format only a specific range of the current file.
The used tool, however, needs to support the formatting of fragments
like Uncrustify does with --frag.

The tool's formatting command is now enclosed in Command. For the
formatting itself it can be defined whether to use a temporary file or
the pipe.
Additionally, settings can return the current tool's version - if
needed.

* separate iosTool using xml communication used for device info and run
* iossim tool to handle the simulator
* debug prepared but not working
* separate gcc toolchain detection fix for simulator

1) add a QT built for ios
2) open a project, for example qtbase/examples/widgets/animation/animatedtiles/animatedtiles.pro
3) build/run...

The new plugin contains everything specific to Maemo and MeeGo
as supported by the MADDE framework.
This leaves the RemoteLinux plugin with abstract base classes and
generic implementations.

No change in functionality for now. More support for generic remote
Linux support is planned to be added.

The changes in decreasing order of magnitude:
1) Move contents of qt4projectmanager/qt-maemo to new "RemoteLinux" plugin.
2) Make some classes in qt4nodes public for now. More decoupling
in that area will follow.
3) Fix some minor problems uncovered by the move.

Using the convienience class does not really save code and adds another
needless level in the hierarchy. This affects the three remaining BaseMode
users: Help, ProjectExplorer and HelloWorld.
