Now it kindly asks the user to enter a class name. As requested by
Kavindra. :)

The setting of msvc environments variables overwrote that. Fix that by running the script with the correct environment.

The name is used as the base for files like [project].creator,
[project].files, etc. and is displayed in the Projects mode and the
Projects tree.

Fixes: Add common configuration to the VCSA base plugin; submit message check script and user name configuration. Details: Give IOptionPage an id() to differentiate from trName(). Make showOptionsDialog return a bool (applied) and give it an optional parent. Change Cpp and form class wizards, give them a Configure... button to change those settings.

Need to call into the superclass in order not to lose functionality. Was
missing in the wizard, hence the many missing occurrences.

Make the git plugin look for the binary in the path specified in the settings. Previously, the environment was passed to the process, but that did not affect the location of the binary.
