Remove conditionals from toolchain enumeration, pass parameters to
TrkGdbAdapter, rename function in runconfig, derive symbol
file from local exe file.

It had unclear semantics and was only used to show a statusmessage.
We do that directly now.

Add options page with overrideable device. Correct
wiring of the rfcomm process.
