They can still be assigned shortcuts for those who really need them. The
description has been updated to "Build Without Dependencies", so that
their function is clearer.

The old debugger icon was simply too large
so I made a new one.

Manage Sessions replaces "Restore last session" (which can be done by clicking
the "(last session)" session anyway. Also, added a "Create New Project" button.
Ensured that the welcome screen is only as high as needed (will orient on the
amount of items in the contained treewidgets). Scrolling is still last resort.

The context menu was updated before the current node was set to the
right value, later in the showContextMenu method.

Using the Build action afterwards to rebuild.
This starts the executable.

Added IExternalEditor which knows a kind and a mimetype.
Make EditorManager and ProjectExplorer "Open With" query
the interface and add the respective kinds.
Add "openExternalEditor" to EditorManager.
Add External editors for Designer and Linguist,
making use of Mac 'open' or Designer's Tcp socket mechanism
to ensure files are opened in the same instance (per Qt version).

Reduce inconsistencies in tr()-Strings provided for
QActions that act on a current <something> (mostly files) by
introducing a ParameterAction class that takes the tr()-Strings
at construction time and provides a setParameter(QString) slot,
allows for setting that parameter or an empty string, which
will cause the displayed text to be updated.

This makes sure the context-specific names don't show up in the settings
dialog. Also fixed the variable names to conform better to our
standards.

Previously there was a lot of logic figuring out which files have
changed that are referenced a project. Leading to e.g. header files that
are part of the project, but not in a pro file, not being saved.

They don't have anything to do specifically with file wizards.

So now you can choose not to automatically build before running.
And you can chose to automatically save all files before building.
The options are global and the default is the same as before.

After all I don't need all that stuff in the cmakeplugin, all i needed
is now bundled in debugginghelper.h/cpp

QtOptionsPage now has its own page.

The settings page does not need to be exported and should be seperate
from the actual manager. This also makes further refactorings of
QtVersionManager easier and of QtDirWidget.
More to come.

And add a instance() method to it.
