- last session / current session semantics is back
- Manage Sessions... button is back

This commit changes the behaviour of currentSession()
to return the session name and not the full path.
SessionNodeImpl as the other user has been adjusted
accordingly.

but looses stderr highlighting.

If the user has enabled "Reload unmodified" then on remove the
unmodified editors are closed. Otherwise the user is asked as before.
Also modify the message to indicate if the change was triggred
externally.

Moving the implementation to core plugin.

Removes the dependencies to project explorer and text editor plugins
and moves unrelated code to its own file.

Get debug output for all GUI applications at once. This should
stop the "Cannot retrieve debugging output".

Stop watching the cmake files for changes, instead watch the cbp file
for changes. Warn the user that changes in the CMakeLists.txt via a
infobar.
