I added a second drop shadow to make the panel a bit nicer.
This also makes it clearer what the scrollbar does.

Do the project restore for each project directly after opening and only
then processEvents(). A project might be in a intermediate state between
opening and restoring.

Remove unneded code.

It's impossible to use very long names and some clipping
occurs due to incorrect size hints on QLabel.
- Made the popup minimum width depend on the longest
project name entered. (it will not shrink)
- The build and run labels have increased minimum size hints.
- Combobox tooltip will be set to the project name as to
  make it possible to expand long names.

pass the target mode, qmake will prepend the current platform as target.
