Qt Video Title Maker

A Qt for WebAssembly based browser tool to quickly generate intros, subtitles / "lower thirds" and outros for Qt videos. The generated clips conform to the Qt brand book: https://brand.qt.iodesign#videos

Online version of the Qt Video Title Maker: https://qt-webassembly.io/qttitleclipmaker/

Preview, options and export

Select the kind of clip. Type the caption text. Select the clip dimension. Select the clip frame rate. Press Export.

Exported video format

The video gets exported as a .zip archive that includes a sequence of .png images and (if applicable) an uncompressed .wav audio file. A shell script and a batch file are provided to quickly convert the video into Quicktime .mov (qtrle + uncompressed audio). That .mov file has an alpha channel and is readable by virtually any video editor. The conversion via the helper scripts require https://www.ffmpeg.org/ in the path.

Alternatively to using the converter scripts, the image sequence and the audio file can be imported into the Video editor. Most editors support that.

Here a resulting Intro video clip, 1920x1080 60fps (compressed to mp4, h264/aac):
