QDS-10755 New user interface

Closes QDS-10755 and QDS-11137.

This MR brings the following features;

• New user interface
• Example menu to download prebuilt sample projects
• A new progress bar and unpacking feedback for the user
• Fixes initializing the project list multiple times
• Update the app version to 9
