QDS-14696 Beta-8 dev

This MR brings the following changes;

• fix: look for alternative paths for QML components (QDS-14696) during the CMake search
• fix: pick the correct qtquickconf file in the project location while running the project
• cicd: print out the content of the dynamic_imports.qml during the build to ease of debugging
• chore: disable local udp broadcast on desktop build. that causes double broadcast
• chore: start non-full screen on desktop.
