Improved gradient editor

Cosmetic:
I tweaked the colors, added shadows, highlights and introduced
anti-aliasing where suitable.

Behavior:
I now delay emitting the colorChanged signal until you have
released the mouse button on the color picker. This makes
the application feel a lot more responsive.
