If the user input contains "::", match against the qualified symbol
name. Otherwise, as before, match against the unqualified symbol name.

This applies to the function and class filters and allows to narrow down
the results by using a namespace prefix, e.g. "c core::*category".

The indexing support for the built-in code model is moved to its own
file. Symbol searching will now call for a searcher through that support
interface, which will create a fully configured and ready-to-go searcher
that can be started in the/a future.

Required refactoring of the search result window to show real trees of

The backend is the backend from the Locator filter, which is a bit
outdated now.

In the GUI this is currently called "Methods" with the shortcut 'm'.

The scope of the classes is now separated and displayed in the second
column, and not included in the search.

Invokable with 'c', currently shows all classes it can find.
