The b2qt.service is used for the auto start feature from Qt Creator.
Make sure it's using the same environment (especially HOME) as when
running the app from Qt Creator.

Native build is needed to get appman-packager tool available for
yocto builds using it. The openssl PACKAGECONFIGs are moved to
meta-qt5, but need to be enabled here.

Fix bad command flag in the mingw environment-setup batch file, where
'/' was incorrectly changed to '\'. This is already fixed in upstream,
but meta-mingw cannot be update to that version, instead change the
slash back to the correct one.

- neptune-qsr service should start after neptune service is stopped, killed
or crashed. For this behavior OnFilure property was added to
neptune.service.
Changed from linuxfb to eglfs to have cluster display set for neptune-qsr
service. Added kms-qsr.conf eglfs file as the config for neptune-qsr.
