The gstreamer recipes in meta-fsl-bsp-release layer no longer compile
when using warrior branches from other layers. Add mask and prefer
correct version, and remove unneeded copies of gstreamer inc files.

The patches for wpa-supplicant no longer apply to the version used
in the warrior branch.

According to the Neptune 3 UI documentation[1]:

If set to low, some performance-intensive graphical effects, which lead
to bad frame rates on low-end devices like Raspberry Pi, are disabled.

Setting it to 'low' does in fact noticably increase frame rate.

By default systemd doesn't set a user when starting the service, but
because neptune3 needs some user specific directories we need to explicitly
set it to 'root'

Upstream meta layer has support for specifying different
partition to boot. This relies on environment variable
that the default bootloader doesn't have, which meant
that SD card boot would not work unless image is first
flashes to the device. Revert back to the default value,
so that sd card boots work again.
