Toradex kernel and u-boot were updated to versions 4.14 and 2019.07.
The meta-fsl-bsp-release layer is no longer used with the imx8 boards.
The colibri-imx8qxp was renamed to colibri-imx8x and Colibri VF is no
longer support on the toradex layer.

Instead of having additional meta layers, include the bbappends
dynamically whenever the corresponding layer is used.

Change the initialization script so that it can used with additional
boot2qt bsp layer that can bring new hardware support to Boot2Qt
without need to update these scripts for every device.

New commandline options are added to support this use case:
--group options allows specifying which meta layers to use without having
to add the specific device to the script.
--bsp option is used make sure that the separate boot2qt bsp layer is
correctly added to the sources/ directory as a symbolic link after
repo-tool is used to clone it.
--manifest option allows specifying the used manifest file if the
name or location differs from the defaults.

Use older GCC than the current default gcc9 to build all the
native components. The qtbase-native build tracks the used GCC
version and reusing the build from sstate-cache won't work in
a machine with older gcc version.

Instead of using appcontroller to handle the envs, use the env file

Move the dbus session into new recipe and make it a proper
systemd service without the legasy initd stuff. Use a fixed
session address socket which can easily be added to env.

Move existing Qt environment variables from appcontroller conf
to a separate component. Appcontroller is configured to use the
same file, and it can also be used without appcontroller from
a systemd service to get working Qt environment.
