Ignore EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in the dumpers for speedup. · aca4386a

Do not trigger the whole debugger mechanism when Dumpers
crash on encountering uninitizialized variables. Temporarily
ignore the exceptions while in dumper call.
