Creator got a feature that pressing cursor keys without effect did not
clear the selection. E.g. Left at position 0, or End at the end of a
block. This was not in sync with other editors. Pressing the cursor keys
without selection modifier should ALWAYS clear the selection.

Fix Step into by introducing an additional step when hitting
on a jmp-instruction.

Was too low for big core files and general symbian debugging.

Iterate bucket lists correctly.

The crash happens when the run control is stopped before a connection
has been established.

After reordering the mobile item the logic stayed unchanged what
caused wizard problems. Wizard progress items are fixed too.

- Enable/disable all interactive elements when packaging is enabled/disabled.
- Don't limit the width of line edits.
- Don't make the labels bold.

The toolchain is not available in all places where we need the
respective information, which resulted in duplicated code.
