Fixes a crash introduced with the mentioned revision, since one can only

Fixes multiple ways to crash QmlDesigner after last .qml file is closed
by enforcing a switch to Edit mode then.

Change order of protocols and default accordingly.

If the generated documentation doesn't contain the namespace name,
we failed to look up the correct help page.
