The fade-in is a lot faster now, to
prevent things from feeling unresponsive.

Due to multiplying by a factor, it failed to really make any difference.

Done with mae.

This commit makes the uglyness of our current default arrow
icons visible. The toolbuttons are also too wide.

Based on a window-modal input dialog, so that it appears as a sheet on
the Mac.

With the new representation it fits fine, and this is a bit more
convenient for the user.

Hides the gory details, and in most cases the user doesn't care anyway.

This is a fix for the problem, that some users were unable to figure
out how to open projects.

It may be that a non-default Qt version provides documentation even if

This is to make some room for embedding the color scheme editing back in
the options dialog.

Also, the background color of the list now gets synchronized with the
text background color. This is to make the bottom of the list look
nicer.

Only connect in restoreSettingsImpl() not in the constructor.

Enough people want that, and it's not much code.
