This fixes a problem where the text would clip
if it didnt fit after the progress bar had
completed.

We need this for translations.
I also added the label to the tool tip.

QtConcurrent seems to sometimes take some time before the
progress information is initialized. This change fixes the appearance
for that case.

Slightly increased the font size. Added a bit
more shadow and tweaked the progress bar.

Also move Designer::Internal::FormWindowEditor ->
Designer::FormWindowEditor.

Solves a problem with infinitely running QProgressBar animation in
QMacStyle.

We should subtract the border edge when calculating the text rect.
