Adds a generic Outline pane to the sidebar. The CppEditor & QmlJSEditor
plugins will implement the IOutlineWidget/IOutlineWidgetFactory interface to
provide views specific to C++/Qml/JS documents.

The TextEditorSettings class already provides the appropriate signal.

I'm proved wrong by other mac installations.

Since Leopard our default shortcut for completion collides
with the one for Spotlight (Ctrl+Space).
Cmd+Space is taken for Mac's keyboard layout settings,
so going for Opt+Space...

  * Use id() for methods returning a string used to represent
    some type of object.
  * Use displayName() for strings that are meant to be user
    visible.
  * Quieten some warnings while touching the files anyway.
  * Move Factories to their products in the plugins where that
    was not done before.

Introduce new QString id() const-API and sort wizards by
[untranslated] category and id. Introduce respective constants.

So people's customized color schemes don't get lost, but get converted
to the new format instead.

- clear up some Q_OS_LINUX vs. Q_OS_UNIX

Which nicely adds the occurrances to the search output window for
navigation.

Before it would use Courier on all platforms, which didn't always look
nice. Now it uses the configured text editor font.

The file paths are now also normal size, at least personally I don't see
why they should use a larger font.

This stuff was all over the place, a relic from before the editor
settings were unified. Now the initialization is only done in
TextEditorSettings.

Fixes the .pro file editor and the generic project files editor, which
before only used the font settings.

replace ExtensionSystem::PluginManager::instance()->getObject<Core::ICore>() by Core::ICore::instance()
