We should list all children

Do not paint children that have an instance of
their own.

We now take into account that parents have
to be skipped until we get to the parent that
has a node instance

We iterare now over all parents until we find
an instance

This is a hack and has to be fixed. We have to use instances
to resolve this properly.

imports are now properly forwarded and we catch
exceptions.

Before everything that was not children was ignored.

Thin of "back", "front" "flipableChildren"...

If we can recover we should.

literals like 100 or true should never be turned into strings
even if types cannot be resolved properly.

Buttons Select All/Clear Selection/Invert Selection.

- Names of buttons, labels, dialogs, and methods.

* Don't add huge Nokia headers to the generated files.
* Use uppercase header guards based on plugin and example object names.
* Moved qdeclarative.h include to .cpp file since it's not needed in the
  header.
* Use user-defined source and header suffixes.
* Lowercase file names.
