Look at the token under cursor only if the current character is a brace or a quote.

They were no longer showing e.g. the file name of the diffed file.
Also separate editor id and editor context a bit.

This adds a new "Design" mode that can be used to manipulate qml files
in a visual way. It will only get build if you have the declarativeui
module in Qt.

Automatically register qml.qch if found in shared/help/qtcreator.
This is needed for the special 'creator-qml' package.

Temporary fix to get completion working in more cases. The "real" fix will have to wait until the integration of the/a QML meta-type system.
