Makes them easy to use everywhere. Also when calling
QuickFixData::textOf and friends, it wasn't really clear which file
they would run on.

This will allow a more efficient and direct implementation.

* Can change files without opening an editor.
* Can open an editor without changing a file.
* Default to reindenting new files.
* Allow reading a file temporarily to access document and text.

The check() method returns the priority of the refactoring operation
and not a boolean.

  * Use id() for methods returning a string used to represent
    some type of object.
  * Use displayName() for strings that are meant to be user
    visible.
  * Quieten some warnings while touching the files anyway.
  * Move Factories to their products in the plugins where that
    was not done before.
