Due to different text positioning logic between the QItemDelegate and
the way SearchResultTreeItemDelegate drew the line numbers, the line
numbers did not align properly to the line of text next to it.

This was fixed by relying on QItemDelegate::drawDisplay for drawing the
line numbers, so that the same positioning logic is used.

This exposed a small right-alignment bug in QTextLayout, for which a fix
is coming to Qt.

The change makes the "replace with" line edit for symbol
renaming wide enough.

The default QLineEdit has space for ca. 17 characters, we now
expand to the maximum of 25 and the space needed for the replacement
text.

Vertical block selections could be painted where there was no
selection, or they could jump randomly to columns futher right.

Caused by uninitialized variable and failure to check for the case where
nothing is found.

We now use two cursors, with the first one being positioned at the
character before the find scope starts. This makes it possible
to extend the scope when typing at the beginning or the end of
it. This is more what the user expects. The effect is noticable
with find&replace of words at the beginning or end of the scope.

- fixed some RTL issues. I removed isSideStored
and useLayoutDirection. Instead we simply flip the
sides if RTL is in use.
- added the fader animation and clear icon that we
use in Designer already.
- fixed the double toplevel popup focus issues we
had with the locator menu.
- removed some redundant labels and reset buttons

Added icons for Save As, Exit, Select All, Go To Line, About
and Search & Replace actions.

Go to About Plugins and enable/disable plugins from there.

QCompleter::popup() actually shows the popup, which is both annoying and slow.
Delay the annoyance from startup to a later point till this is fixed in
Qt.

Also disable "Search" buttons in this case.
