The KitManager tries to make the name unique, thus we should wait with

Works only if no correctly detected devices attached to adb.

Sometimes serial number becomes '????-????-????' on linux because udev
rules are not configured, handling them without configuring will be
useful.

Also i have 2 phones that have no serial number at all on stock rom.

Serial number disappears on some smartphones with CyanogenMod

Warn when somebody tries to register KitInformation after kits are
already loaded. Also warn when trying to access kits before all
plugins are initialized.

This helps with making sure that initialization of plugins is done as
expected.

As we disable of 'by-address' breakpoints by default after each
debugger run as they are unlikely to be correct on the next run,
starting with disabled breakpoints might happen. Disabling it
immediately is faster and less racy than relying on the 'change
needed' mechanism.

The fix: when finished with a FunctionDefinition, only flush when the
number of usages reaches the chunk size. This should prevent a lot of
chunks with a low number of usages for files with short methods.

The tuning: for files larger than 10000 lines, use a larger chunk size
to prevent the UI thread from having to re-layout/re-paint too often.

We now keep the current context if the focus is set on a widget with a
parent hierarchy that doesn't define one. This way, toplevels without a
context, like popup windows without parent, will keep the behavior from
before other toplevels could define contexts at all

QDate is a 64bit in Qt 5, which will be aligned on 64bit borders
in 32bit and 64bit builds.
In Qt 4, it will be aligned on 32bit borders for 64bit builds as
well. Differentiate between padded and non-padded types when
retrieving the address of a QSharedData-member.
