Change the initialization script so that it can used with additional
boot2qt bsp layer that can bring new hardware support to Boot2Qt
without need to update these scripts for every device.

New commandline options are added to support this use case:
--group options allows specifying which meta layers to use without having
to add the specific device to the script.
--bsp option is used make sure that the separate boot2qt bsp layer is
correctly added to the sources/ directory as a symbolic link after
repo-tool is used to clone it.
--manifest option allows specifying the used manifest file if the
name or location differs from the defaults.

The path to the Qt license went into the base hash of recipe task,
which meant that sstate cache was not reusable if the meta layer
source path changed. Whitelist the base path to the layer and use the
license from there.

The gstreamer recipes in meta-fsl-bsp-release layer no longer compile
when using warrior branches from other layers. Add mask and prefer
correct version, and remove unneeded copies of gstreamer inc files.

The patches for wpa-supplicant no longer apply to the version used
in the warrior branch.

Add recipe for the QtSafeRenderer and include it in the automotive
image and toolchain. The sources are in a private git repository,
so it's included in the build only if we know that we have access
to those (internal-build) or user has explicitly enabled it in the
local.conf (DISTRO_FEATURES_BACKFILL). The recipe also knows how to
use the sources from a Qt online SDK intallation if the variable
(QT_SDK_PATH) is setup correctly.

Neptune3 is enabled to use QSR if that is available.

meta-fsl-bsp-release only has sumo branch which needs adjustments to
work with thud branch. GStreamer include files were removed from the
upstream layers, which the recipes in meta-fsl-bsp-release still need.
Include the lastest version of those include files here, adjusted to
work from different layer.

LTO builds cause issues with GDB on Windows host, do not use ltcg
by default for all images. LTCG can be enabled to images either by
modifying the bbappend or by adding configuration to local.conf:
PACKAGECONFIG_append_pn-qtbase = " ltcg"

Previously all demos were installed for each device and individual
demo could be excluded from the launcher list for a particual device.
The exclude list was part of the demo sources, which makes it hard
to maintain.

Move all demos to individual recipes which can be included and excluded
separately for each target based on its capabilities by modifying the
BOOT2QT_DEMOS variable. By default include all currently supported demos.
