Add recipe for the QtSafeRenderer and include it in the automotive
image and toolchain. The sources are in a private git repository,
so it's included in the build only if we know that we have access
to those (internal-build) or user has explicitly enabled it in the
local.conf (DISTRO_FEATURES_BACKFILL). The recipe also knows how to
use the sources from a Qt online SDK intallation if the variable
(QT_SDK_PATH) is setup correctly.

Neptune3 is enabled to use QSR if that is available.

meta-fsl-bsp-release only has sumo branch which needs adjustments to
work with thud branch. GStreamer include files were removed from the
upstream layers, which the recipes in meta-fsl-bsp-release still need.
Include the lastest version of those include files here, adjusted to
work from different layer.

and add configuration form NXP i.MX 8QuadMax MEK and 8MQuad EVK boards.

For Toradex board, use toradex-sumo-4.14.78-1.0.0_ga-bringup branch for the
same layer, and add configuration for Colibri-iMX8QXP board.

LTO builds cause issues with GDB on Windows host, do not use ltcg
by default for all images. LTCG can be enabled to images either by
modifying the bbappend or by adding configuration to local.conf:
PACKAGECONFIG_append_pn-qtbase = " ltcg"

Previously all demos were installed for each device and individual
demo could be excluded from the launcher list for a particual device.
The exclude list was part of the demo sources, which makes it hard
to maintain.

Move all demos to individual recipes which can be included and excluded
separately for each target based on its capabilities by modifying the
BOOT2QT_DEMOS variable. By default include all currently supported demos.

Gdb depends on libwinpthread, located in the parent folder,
but since gdb is used without setting additional PATHs, it
fails to locate it when using from QtCreator. Add symlink
to the library in the gdb's folder, so it's found automatically.

Renesas does not provide thud compatible meta layer, some adaptation
is required to get builds working. U-boot is updated to more recent
version. Renesas specific gstreamer plugins are not used since they
fail to compile.

Colibri-imx7-emmc only supports tezi, so dumb
toradex u-boot scripts were created.

Toradex layers are not fully thud compatible, the tezi bbclass
expects to find dtbs files prefixed with the kernel image type,
which is no longer used in thud.

Thud branch is missing some of the fixes required for cmake, so use
sha1 from master branch. This needs a fix for for nativesdk-qtbase as
mingw64 headers have conflict depending on which order time.h and
pthread.h are included, causing error:
"qdatetime.cpp: error: 'localtime_r' was not declared in this scope"

Initial upgrade commit from yocto 2.5.2 (sumo) -> 2.6 (thud).
System & some group 1 devices related meta layers, appends & patches updated:

* poky, meta-openembedded & meta-mingw updated to thud branch
  - layer.conf files updated to support thud where applicable
  - obsolete gstreamer-plugins-bad BBMASK + bbappend overide removed
  - ostree build issues fixed with upstream submodule patch

* meta-freescale & meta-freescale-3rdparty updated to thud branch

* meta-toradex-bsp-common & meta-toradex-nxp update to latest tagged release (2.8b5) in toradex/rocko branch
  - to fix build issue a systemd patch taken from meta-toradex-bsp-common toradex/master-next branch (thud compatible)
  - mask gstreamer recipes from toradex layer and use older versions for
    libav and plugins-ugly, so that they match the imx version of gstreamer.

* meta-raspberry update to latest in master branch (where thud layer compatibility is set)

SDL2 dumps all cflags to the sdl2.pc, which might then contain paths
to the recipe sysroot include dir. This happens at least with
raspberrypi.

The tezi image contains IDs for all the supported device types.
remove ID for the 256MB version that doesn't have enough space
for the tezi image. SD card image will still work correctly.
