Some systems do not have a default debugger registered. Do not fail
on reading the missing key and disable "Default Debugger" in that case.

Start the jobrunner on demand, save options only if changed,
give it the structure used elsewhere in the VCS plugins. Remove
last traces of the cmd /c hack.

Don't show the warning message (about the dangerous world of code refactoring) if the user pressed the "Yes, I know I am doing" button.

Do not use "cmd /c hg" on Windows as this will fail randomly
depending on arguments with blanks, such as "-U 8". Output log
messages about synchronous commands, format author correctly,
label menus correctly.

updateModifiedFiles ckecks the timestamp and reparses all the modified files in the current snapshot.

Resolved padding issue for QMapNode.
