Also, defaults formats are now applied to any format that hasn't been
defined in the color scheme file. This allows a color scheme to fall
back on the default selection color, for example.

In preparation of being able to select from multiple color schemes.

Bug was introduced when separating the version list into "Autodetected" and
"Manual" subtrees.

There used to be a single 'Locals' etc item of the true root that was
never shown anyway. Removing this also renders using setRootIndex()
in WatchWindow unnecessary.
