As advised with Tobias, having a "read legacy" annex
function to readSettings() is the simplest solution for
backward compatibility with old VCS settings.
readLegacySettings() is useful when refactoring a Vcs
settings class to make it inherit VcsBaseClientSettings.

Microsoft likes to name SDKs strangely. So Windows SDK 7.0 is using the
msvc 2008 compiler, Windows SDK 7.0A is bundled with msvc 2010 and
Windows SDK 7.1 actually contains a msvc 2010 compiler.

I have tested that by installing all 3 SDKS.

This only worked for distributions with a RedHat/Fedora upstream
so far and requires more dynamicity in the TaskWindow as the
TaskHandler dies with the engine, leading to crashs.

Works only if no correctly detected devices attached to adb.

Sometimes serial number becomes '????-????-????' on linux because udev
rules are not configured, handling them without configuring will be
useful.

Also i have 2 phones that have no serial number at all on stock rom.

Serial number disappears on some smartphones with CyanogenMod

New tests are part of the plugin implemented in "fakevim_test.cpp" file.

To run the new tests, FakeVim must be built with "qmake TEST=1".

Test invocation examples:

Warn when somebody tries to register KitInformation after kits are
already loaded. Also warn when trying to access kits before all
plugins are initialized.

This helps with making sure that initialization of plugins is done as
expected.
