This is required to link against static KUserFeedback.

There is a special plugin for this purpose that might be installed with
Qt Creator or not. The plugin usually presents in the enterprise version
only.

Mainly improved readability.

The link will be opened in a default browser.

The paths has the plural, so example doesn't get a 's'.

The pane button is blinking in order to encourage a user to enable
telemetry.
The pane also displays current telemetry mode and allows to adjust
telemetry settings.

Also only provider is used for storing/loading settings.

Also fixed default values when restoring from settings and handling
stop() signal.
