There is still an open issue in this fix since the new extension might be of a different mime type (and our editors are attached to it currently).

Switch to Edit Mode once we constructed it in Core::init(). Switch to a
the Welcome Mode in Core::extensionsInitialized. Also works

The function always switched to Edit Mode, which was the cause for
several bugs. Since openEditor() already does switch to the right mode,
the function is not really needed.

The following actions now respect the prefered mode of the editor:

Editor history navigation

On that occasion, rename Designer to show up as 'Form Editor'
instead of Xml Editor in 'Open With'.

Explicitly close all views of the sidebar _before_ the core is
destructed. E.g. the bookmarks view tries to access the core in
it's destructor.

Sometimes, this behavior occurred especially on OS X, and to lesser
extent on Linux and windows too.

Using the proper editor area (was cut off on the top). Not using
expensive alpha transparency anymore, but rather a slightly darker
color. Removing years-old rotten code that was in an '#if 0'.

Returns the area of the editor as QRect in global coordinates.

Using more *::Constants::ICON_* where it makes sense and
wrapping the file names into QLatin1String where they were
missing.

The increased usage of the ICON constants needed a few more
cross plugin includes of *constants.h, here and there.
I think that it is OK, since the dependencies were alredy there
icon resource wise.

Uis in the core plugin should not use icons from the help plugin.
Also, let's use the Core::Constants::ICON_* instead of duplicated
file name strings.
